MONTINI: transformation into a limited liability company.
From the beginning of September 2025, MONTINI will transform from a general partnership (s.n.c.) into a limited liability company (s.r.l.), taking on the new company name “MONTINI s.r.l.” and changing from a partnership to a corporation.
