MONTINI has optimized the logistics of SADA CAVI SpA, supplying a new MR 5.0 COMPACT forklift truck.

Established in 1980 thanks to the intuition of Mr. Mario Leonardi, SADA CAVI SpA is the leading company for all those who need cables, ropes/cords and copper bars.

SADA CAVI SpA provides custom cables according to the specific demands of its customers and satisfies every kind of customer, from the biggest firm to the medium and more smaller ones in the automation field.

The ambitious project was developed paying special attention to the size of the warehouse and to a devoted customer service. Recently, the current managing director and sales manager Daniele Leonardi, Marioโ€™s son, has added modern methods of analysis and management to this starting project, in order to achieve an excellent customer satisfaction.

SADA CAVI SpA has established itself in the field of automation thanks to its constant research, development and technical support.

For the specific needs of SADA CAVI SpA, the MONTINI MR 5.0 COMPACT (5000 kg load capacity) was built with certain features, including:

  • setting up for โ€œIndustry 4.0โ€, with the innovative MONTINI REMOTE CONTROL system for rapidly detecting any electric faults through remote data transmission; for interconnection to factory information technology systems, to make the production process more effective, efficient and easy to manage and provide a service of the highest technological and innovative standards;
  • MONTINI Super Steering, fitted as standard, for great manล“uvrability even in confined and limited spaces;
  • comfortable steps that facilitate getting on and off the forklift truck;
  • equipment with work lights and led flashing light for safety;
  • front glass with wiper, rear glass with wiper and panoramic window with wiper on the overhead guard, offering the best possible view;
  • set-up with large-opening fork positioner to satisfy all needs in various applications;
  • customized painting with the corporate green color that characterizes SADA CAVI SpA.
