With more than sixty years of experience, MONTINI produces special electric forklifts that represent interesting solutions to meet specific needs of customers.
This is the case of special electric forklift MR 3.0 (with a nominal capacity of 3000 kg) that MONTINI delivered in Italy -in Puglia region- and intended to work in a company that produces articles in plastic materials, in particular plastic films for agriculture (such as to anticipate, postpone and protect fruit) and nets to protect crops from atmospheric agents such as wind, hail and rain.
For the type of work to be carried out, the forklift has particular characteristics, including:
- setting up for โIndustry 4.0โ, with the MONTINI REMOTE CONTROL device for interconnection to factory information technology systems, to make the production process more effective, efficient and easy to manage and provide a service of the highest technological and innovative standards;
- protective overhead guard with reduced height, in order to allow the passage of the truck under specific dimensions;
- battery hood consisting of 2 pieces hinged together (highlighted, in the photo, in red rectangle), in order to allow and facilitate the 90ยฐ opening of the same hood, for the extraction of the battery;
- special battery box with integrated side handles for easy battery removal.
