MONTINI has delivered a special galvanized electric forklift “MR ZINC 1.6” to a young, but already important and prestigious company, located in the Tuscan leather industrial district, leader in the tanning and finishing of high quality leathers, including crocodile, ostrich and python, intended for the high fashion sector.
MONTINI has supplied the perfect and “smart” forklift truck, to better respond to the specific operational needs requested by the Customer:
- forklift set up for “Industry 4.0”, with the MONTINI REMOTE CONTROL device for interconnection to factory information technology systems, for reliable and functional traceability, in line with production operations;
- forklift in ZINC version, completely hot-dip galvanized and produced with stainless steel components and specific devices, to resist the corrosive agents that characterize the tanning sector;
- with hot-dip galvanized lifting mast, chassis, overhead guard, wheel rims and forks;
- with protective paint, of light gray color, on the whole forklift;
- forklift truck equipped with suitable food grade hydraulic oil and grease (even in accidental cases, in addition to contact with food, also with valuable materials).
